We joined forces with Dorchestra - Dorchester's community orchestra - at The Corn Exchange for a short Sunday afternoon concert. Repertoire ranging from The Owl and the Pussy Cat to Henry Wood's Sea Songs. Mark Tattersall of Dorchester Arts kindly complimented us on being 'multi-talented' - a reference to the choir's enthusiastic dancing in the Sailor's Hornpipe. No dancing from Juliet. She was busy playing cello in the orchestra.

The audience sat on the grass, soaked up the sun and enjoyed a free concert at Greenhill Gardens. Perfect for a midsummer's Sunday afternoon by the sea.

Broadwey, Weymouth
QWChoir started life in Broadwey in 1994 but this was the first time we have sung in this church. Great venue. Perfect combination of a beautiful building but with comfortable chairs. Good audience and we were well looked after by Sue and Judy Genge and the vicar, Philip Elliott.

Our Christmas concert was at St. Nicholas' Church, Dorchester Road, Broadwey, Weymouth.
A well-supported concert in this beautiful church. Among other songs we had our first go at singing in Lithuanian. Nothing like a challenge.

From time to time we have fun singing on the quay at Portland Port to enliven the hour before the cruise ships set sail.
